Art Rental-Lease Terms:
- One month minimum rental.
- Month to month automatically renewable Art Rental Agreements.
- Flexible in that you may select a one or three year Art Lease Purchase Agreement
with GrayHill Studios, Inc. - Flexible in that you may add, reduce, or exchange artwork per your clients needs.
- Artwork is shipped nation wide.
- Local sales tax applies to all art rentals.
- The renter is financially responsible for delivery, return and installation of the artwork.
- Rental amounts are invoiced and due monthly through payment by check to GrayHill
Studios, Inc. - First months rental fee is due upon pickup-delivery of rental art.
- Rental damage deposit of $200/project. The deposit is held in escrow and returned
upon delivery of undamaged art. If the artwork is damaged the deposit. is
immediately processed and reimbursement from your insurance company falls
outside of our business arrangement.
